摘　　要：目的比较餐具洗涤剂和消洗灵在腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤术后器械的洗涤效果。方法将60套腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤术后的器械随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30套。试验组用餐具洗涤剂进行初洗,对照组用消洗灵。比较两组器械清洗的效果。结果试验组清洗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论餐具洗涤剂可广泛应用于腹腔镜下卵巢畸胎瘤术后器械的初清洗。Objective To compare the washing effect of between tableware detergent and efficacious disinfeitant for lapa- roscopic instruments after laparoscopic ovarian teratoma surgery. Methods 60 sets of laparoscopic instruments after laparoscopic ovarian teratoma surgery were randomly divided into two groups and 30 sets in each. The experimental group were washed by table- ware detergent. The control group by efficacious disinfeitanL The washing effect were compared. Results The washing effect of the experimental group was better than the control group and the washing time was shorter （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tableware detergent sould be widely used in the initial washing for laparoscopic instruments after laparoscopic ovarian teratoma surgery.
