摘　　要：目的 观察rHuEPO对血浆sTWEAK蛋白等表达的影响.方法 健康对照组25例,实验组CKD 2～5期患者105例,用rHuEPO治疗4周.比较两组血浆sTWEAK 蛋白水平.结果 CKD2～5期患者sTWEAK 蛋白较治疗前均增高（P〈0.05）;血浆t-PA和sICAM水平无变化.结论 rHuEPO 治疗CKD 2～5期患者,能提高血管内皮细胞损伤标志物sTWEAK蛋白水平,改善内皮细胞功能.Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin （rHuEPO） on the expression of sTWEAK in CKD patients. Methods We compared the expression of sTWEAK in 105 CKD stage 2 ~ 5 patients than that in healthy control subjects. The changes of sTWEAK, hs-CRP, t-PA and sICAM were detected after treatment by rHuEPO for 4 weeks. Results Significant increase of sTWEAK in CKD stage 2 ~ 5 patients was observed by rHuEPO treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） as significant decrease of hs-CRP （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No changes of t-PA and sICAM were detectable. Conclusion Decreased plasma sTWEAK levels in CKD stage 2 N 5 patients suggest endothelial dysfunction, rHuEPO promoted to the expression of sTWEAK and might improve the function of endothelial cells.
