针药配合治疗颈性头痛60例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺及中药内服治疗颈性头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组60例用针刺及口服中药,对照组60例口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊及美洛昔康,2周为一疗程,1个疗程统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组76.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针药配合治疗颈性头痛疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on cervical headache treated by acupuncture and oral medicinal herbs. Method： 60 cases were treated with acupuncture and oral medicinal herbs as the study group while 60 cases were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules and meloxicam by oral administration as the control group. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. After 1 course of treatment, the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 76.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine has obvious effect on cervical headache.
