加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:治疗组22例用活络效灵丹加减内服,对照组用尼莫地平口服。结果:治疗组治愈12例,好转7例,无效3例,总有效率86.3%。对照组治愈10例,好转4例,无效4例,总有效率77.8%。两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味活络效灵丹治疗偏头痛瘀血型疗效较佳。Objective： to observe the flavored adjustable effect best treatment to the clinical curative effect of blood stasis block as the main pathogenesis of migraine.Treatment formula is given priority to with adjustable effect magic square and subtract internal and; The control group is given priority to with him horizon of oral.Results the treatment group, 22 patients were cured, 12 cases, improvement in 7 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 86.3%.The control group 18 cases, 10 cases were cured, 4 cases were improved, 4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 77.8%.Two group total effective rate comparison, the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion：Flavored adjustable effect magic the curative effect of treating migraine （ blood stasis type ） is better.
