中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:156例按就诊先后分为观察组82例和对照组74例。两组均口服西药三苯氧胺,观察组加服逍遥散加味,疗程3个月。结果:总有效率观察组87.8%、对照组62.2%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切。Objective： to observe the clinical curative effect of method of soothing liver and Qi with tamoxifen in treatment of cyclomastopathy.Methods： 156 cases of patients of cyclomastopathy in clinic are divided into observation group （ 82 cases ） and the control group （ 74 cases ） .The control group is treated by taking tamoxifen orally, the observation group is given therapy of soothing liver and Qi with taking tamoxifen orally.The treatment of the two groups lasts three months.Results ： The total effective rate and recovery of the the observation group is 87.8%.The total effective rate and recovery of the control group is 62.2%.By comparison of the two groups, the differences are significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The method of treatment of cyclomastopathy by soothing liver and Qi with tamoxifen that combine traditional Chinese and western medicine has exact curative effect and is worth clinical application.
