针灸治疗中风后抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸治疗中风后抑郁症的效果,同时与百优解的疗效进行比较。方法:300例随机分为两组各150例,两组均进行一般中风治疗,控制血压、血糖等治疗和一般体穴(取患侧穴位)针刺治疗。治疗组另用其他针灸治疗,对照组另用百优解口服。治疗前进行HAMD抑郁量表、MESSS神经功能缺损量表评分,治疗后进行HAMD抑郁量表评分。结果:两组HAMD量表治疗前后评分均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间评分比较无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺百会、神门、四神聪、印堂为主加减配穴治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效显著,与西药百优解疗效无显著性差异。Objective： To observe the acupuncture in the treatment of PSD on the depression symptoms.At the same time, to compare with western medicine fluoxetine.Methods： 300 PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups.All patients got basic treatment including an ti- hypertension and anti-diabetics and so on.The treatment group were treated by acupuncture.The control group was treated with fluoxetine.Patients were evaluated by the HAMD for two times before the treatment and end the treatment.By MESSS before the treatment.Results： There are significant difference between pre- treatment and post-treatment for each group within treatment and control group （p 〈 0.05 ） .There are no significant difference between the treatment and control groups （p 〉 0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The observe to prove the treatment group were treated by acupuncture, acupuncture point ： baihu, shenmen, sishencong, yintang, and to operate in coordination syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine to join acupuncture point in the treatment of PSD emarkable, There are no significant difference between the treatment and control groups.
