国内药物经济学应用研究的相关问题探讨

摘　　要：目的:规范药物经济学评价方法,提高国内评价研究的系统性及科学性。方法:采用文献研究法,结合自身开展研究项目经验,探讨国内药物经济学应用研究中存在的问题,提出促进国内药物经济学研究及应用的对策。结果与结论:国内药物经济学研究和应用尚存在研究角度选择不清晰、成本测算项目不明确、对照药物或治疗方案选取欠合理、药物经济学产出指标缺乏标准、中药的药物经济学评价缺乏评价指标等问题。应明确研究角度、规范成本测算、建立完善的健康产出指标标准、加强药物经济学评价技术要点制订,使药物经济学评价更科学、更规范、更具可比性。OBJECTIVE： To regulate the evaluation methods of pharmacoeconomics, and to promote systematic and scientific do mestic evaluation research. METHODS. On the basis of literature study, the personal study experience of the authors, current problems of domestic pharmacoeconomics studies were discussed and the strategies for the research and application of pharmacoeconomics were proposed. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： There are some existing problems in both the research and the application of pharmacoeconom ics, such as the vagueness of study angles, the inaccuracy of cost estimation, the irrationality in the selection of control drugs and treat ment methods as well as the lack of evaluation standard both in economic output and TCM pharmacoeconomics. In this matter, it is cru cial to clarify study angles, standardize cost evaluation, consummate the establishment of health output index and reinforce the forma tion of key evaluation points in pharmacoeconomics, so as to promote it more scientific, more normative and more comparable.
