摘  要:采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源、聚甲基含氢硅氧烷(PMHS)为还原剂、巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)为络合剂,利用溶胶-凝胶法在温和的条件下合成了一种纳米银贯穿杂化材料。通过N2吸附脱附、紫外漫反射(UV-vis DRS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对样品进行了表征,证实银纳米粒子成功引入到杂化材料体系中。最佳制备条件:m(PMHS)∶m(TEOS)=1∶10,n(MTPMS)∶n(TEOS)=1∶5,n(MTPMS)∶n(AgNO3)=1∶4,反应48h之后加氨水。考察了其对对硝基苯酚的催化性能,在室温下样品表现出良好的催化性能。Hybrid materials with embedded silver nanoparticles were successfully prepared using tetraethoxysilane,polymethylhydrosiloxane and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane,which behaved as framework constructor,in situ reducing agent for Ag+ions and complexing agent toward metal ions,respectively,under sol-gel synthesis conditions at room-temperature.The prepared hybrid materials were characterized by nitrogen adsorption-desorption,ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra,X ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements to prove the formation of silver nanoparticles through the structure.The optimized prepared conditions may be as follows,m(PMHS)∶m(TEOS)=1∶10,n(MTPMS)∶n(TEOS)=1∶5,n(MTPMS)∶n(AgNO3)=1∶4,putting in ammonia water after 48h reaction.It was also applied for catalytic reduction of 4-NP and showed excellent catalysis at room-temperature.
