摘 要:雷达发射信号的性能对雷达的分辨率及检测性能有直接影响。数字的信号产生方法以其准确的频率控制、快速的转换时间成为当今技术的主流。而直接数字波形合成(DDWS)又因为其灵活的信号产生能力越来越受到重视。但是,数字信号产生方法由于其固有的数字采样、数模变换的结构,存在着多种形式的谐波及噪声,对信号质量造成不利的影响。文中设计了DDWS信号产生电路,提出了误差补偿方法,实现了高性能基带和/或中频信号的产生。通过对比补偿前后的信号脉压的结果,证明了该误差补偿方法的合理性和有效性。The resolution and detection of radar are directly influenced by the capabilities of the radar signal. The digital signal gen- erating method is the most popular way by the exact frequency controlling and fast frequency sweeping. The DDWS is one of the digital methods with the ability of generating various signal types. However, the digital methods of signal generating are always suf- fered from the harmonics and noise, which degrade the capabilities. In this paper, the signal generator based on DDWS is realized and the pre-distortion for intermediate frequency (IF) signal is presented. It is proved that the pre-distortion is reasonable and va- lidity. Experiments with various environments are also involved to validate the stability and reliability of the circuit.
