四维调节装置的设计与研究

摘　　要：四维调节机构是通用外校准系统对准调节装置的重要组成部分。该装置的主要功能是实现对准调节装置4个方向的精确定位；主要阐述了四维调节装置各方向上电机、蜗轮蜗杆副、丝杠螺母副的选择与计算；该机构4条传动链都是由伺服电机驱动，伺服控制器控制，分别完成各个方向上的微调。4D regulating mechanism is an important part of alignment adjustment device in general external calibration system, which function is to make alignment adjustment to achieve precise positioning of the four directions. The selection and calculation of motor, wormgearpair and screw-nut pair are discussed in this paper. The four transmission chains of this mechanism are drived by servo motor and controlled by servo controller, which implement the fine-tuning of all directions respectively.
