摘　　要：针对目前高校基本建设工程竣工决算滞后的现象,从四方面着手分析了竣工决算滞后的原因,并结合工作实践,提出了加强竣工决算工作的建议,以确保竣工决算的及时性,促进高校基建工程的顺利进行。According to the retardation in the final settlement of account of universities infrastructure, the paper analyzes the reasons for the retar- dation in the final settlement of account from four aspects, and points out some suggestions to enhance the final settlement of account by combining with the practice, so as to ensure the timely final settlement of account and improve the infrastructure projects in colleges.
