摘　　要：结合工作经验,对EPC项目初始阶段需做好的几项工作进行了探讨,包括项目交底、召开公司内部动员大会、熟悉现场环境、策划设计、项目内部建设等内容,旨在为项目的顺利实施创造良好的条件。Combining with the work experience, this paper discussed several works should do well in EPC project initial stage, including the pro- ject construction, hold internal mobilization meeting of company, be familiar with site environment, planning and design, project internal con- struction, so as to create good conditions for the smooth implementation of project.
