摘 要:以某QTZ125型塔式起重机为对象,建立其金属结构的三维有限元模型,进行了固定约束条件下金属结构模态分析,提取了前几阶模态的振型和频率,并通过现场测试进行对比验证.结果表明,该型塔机模态频率计算结果与实际测试相符.塔机因其总体布置原因,固有频率偏低动刚度不足,尤其是侧向动刚度较弱.在设计大风环境及高速运行时应该考虑以扶墙结构加强抗变形能力,从而提高其运行舒适性.With regard to the QTZ125 tower crane, a three-dimensional finite element model is established. By analyzing the metal structure modal under fixed constraints, the first several orders of modal vibration forms and frequencies are extracted. Afterwards, the contrasting verification is completed by on-site testing. As such, it is found that the results from modal frequency calculation are coincided with those from on-site testing. Due to the overall configuration of tower crane, the inherent frequency, along with dynamic stiffness especially for sidewise, is relatively low. Therefore, the anti-deformation ability with supporting structure should be strengthened in case of strong wind or high speed condition to improve the operational comfort.
