摘 要:主要应用人工智能技术,将专家的经验和知识存储于计算机知识库中,建立模仿人类专家学者思维的推理机制以解决复杂的专业问题.以实例详细介绍了桥式起重机起升机构设计型专家系统的开发实现过程.CLIPS(C Language Integrated Production System)采用改进的VC++和CLIPS专家系统开发语言交互方法以构建基于CLIPS的起重机设计专家系统:利用CLIPS符号推理功能实现方案选择,通过框架式事实来表示机械设计中复杂的选型树;采用基于实例的检索,选定某些参数;以优化方法实现数值计算关系链的输入参数自由顺序和输入参数数量的不固定.以前述3部分内容为输入条件,触发相应的零部件选用规则.Owing that the expert system, along with artificial intelligence technology, stores the expert experience and knowledge in computer knowledge base, an inference mechanism, which mimics the human expert and scholar thinking, is postulated to resolve complicated professional problems. In details, the im- plementation process of design expert system is introduced using the quay crane hoisting mechanism as an example. By applying the improved VC + + and C language integrated production system (CLIPS) interac- tion method, the CLIPS-based crane design expert system is preliminarily established. Afterwards, the op- tion selection can be realized through CLIPS symbolic inference function. Meanwhile, the complex selec- tion tree for mechanical design is represented via frame-type facts. Subsequently, the related parameters are chosen via case searching. Consequently, the random sequence and unfixed number of input parameters in relational chain of numerical computation are optimally implemented. Accordingly, the component and part selection rules are triggered.
