摘 要:随着大规模的风电快速发展,电力系统的辅助服务需求会越来越多。辅助服务问题已经成为制约大规模风电并网的最重要因素之一。本文首先量化研究了大规模风电接入对电力系统辅助服务成本的影响,其主要来自调峰及备用。然后,依此为基础,从中国电力改革与发展的角度,首次提出了几种因风电接入导致的辅助服务成本的分摊与补偿机制。最后,按可行性上的难易程度提出了相应的政策建议。With the rapid development of large-scale wind power, more ancillary service will be needed in the electric power systems Ancillary service has already been one of the main bottlenecks for wind power integration. In this article, quantitative study was firstly conducted to examine the impact of large-scale wind power integration on ancillary services cost composed mainly of load dispatching and reserve. Then, based on the cost estimation results, from the perspective of China electric power reform and development, a series of compensation mechanisms for the ancillary services of larger-scale wind power integration was proposed. Finally, at different implementing difficulty levels, corresponding policies were recommended
