摘  要:用数字存储示波器记录了氧化锌非线性电阻器(MOV)在工频恒压源和恒流源条件下的电压和电流波形,通过分析示波器的采样数据,揭示了氧化锌非线性电阻不同干线性电阻的多项特性,证明了现在普遍采用的几个测量MOV工频特性的方法,与MOV的实际特性并不相符合,为此,本文提出了新的测试方法。The waveshapes of voltage and current of a ZnO non-linear resistor (MOV) were recorded by means of a digital storage oscilloscope where the MOV were energized with two types of power frequency source of sine-wave, that is, a constant current source and a constant voltage source. The data sampled by the oscilloscope were studied, based on which some important properties of the MOV energized with power frequency source were discovered. The discoveries demonstrated that some currently used test methods for measuring power-frequency parameters of an MOV are not suitable to the MOV's properties, and hence, the new measuring methods were developed in this paper
