摘 要:采用水热合成法制备了Ce掺杂的具有介孔结构的TiO2-SiO2(Ce-TiO2-SiO2)无定型纳米复合材料。用N2吸附、XRD、FT-IR和UV-Vis对样品结构进行表征。该材料热稳定性较好,且具有较大的比表面积(162.57m2·g-1)、孔容(0.35cm3·g-1)和孔径(7.2nm)。该材料在紫外光、模拟太阳光照射下光催化降解甲基紫、亚甲基蓝两种染料的研究结果表明,该材料在紫外光照射下有高效光催化活性(降解效率分别为97.6%、98.5%),在模拟太阳光照射下也有很好的光催化活性(降解效率分别为76.1%、71.7%)。Cerium doped amorphous mesoporous titania-silica (Ce-TiO2-SiO2) composites was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The material was characterized by techniques like N2 physisorption,X-ray diffraction (XRD),FT-IR and UV-Vis.The Ce-TiO2-SiO2 exhibited high thermal stability,high specific surface area (162.57 m2 · g-1),high pore volume (0.35 cm3 · g-1),high mesoporous size (7.2 nm).The catalyst was used for the photo catalytic degradation of methyl violet,methylene blue under UV and simulated sunlight irradiation.It was found that the catalyst exhibited excellent photocatalytic degradation activity for the two dyes under UV light irradiation (the degradation efficiency are 97.6 % and 98.5 % respectively),and good photocatalytic degradation activity under sunlight irradiation (the degradation efficiency are 76.1 % and 71.7% respectively).
