摘　　要：综述了3ω方法的基本原理、测试系统、测量方法、最新应用以及发展趋势。在此基础上讨论了3ω方法在一些典型微纳米材料热物性测量的应用,着重介绍了其在薄膜材料、一维材料以及液体和纳米流体的测试方法,3ω方法在这些材料的测量上原理基本相同,但测试系统各有特点。The principle,test system,measuring method,latest application and development of 3ω method are presented.And on this basis,the use of 3ω method is discussed in fact of measuring thermal properties in some typical micro/nano material.The test method of the film,one dimensional materials,liquid and nanofluid are introduced in detail,which is basically the same principle,but the test system have their own characteristics.
