摘  要:按一定的烧结工艺,以废玻璃粉为主要原料,石墨为发泡剂制备泡沫玻璃。泡沫玻璃是一种内部多孔结构的无机非金属材料,它的发泡机理为氧化型反应。石墨和玻璃中的某些携氧体、氧气、水分等进行氧化反应,产生大量气体,包括CO2、CO、SO2、H2S等。分别研究了发泡温度、保温时间及发泡剂掺量等因素对泡沫玻璃质量的影响,以此来优化制备泡沫玻璃的工艺参数。实验结果表明:当发泡温度为880℃时,发泡均匀,且连通孔的数目明显减少;当保温时间为10min时,泡径较大,发泡也比较均匀;添加2%的石墨发泡剂能明显增大泡沫玻璃的气孔率和孔径,并改善制品的发泡质量;球磨时间为2h时,混合较充分,制品气泡结构较好。Foam glass was prepared by sintering process,using waste glass powder as main raw material and graphite as foaming agent.Foam glass is a kind of inorganic nonmetallic material which has lots of holes inside,and its foaming mechanism is redox reaction.With the redox reaction of graphite and oxygen,water,and something carrying oxygen,a large amount of gas is generated,including CO2,CO,SO2,H2 S,etc.In order to optimize the prepared technological parameters,the influence of parameters,such as foaming temperature,holding time,amount of foaming agent,etc,on the quality of foam glass have been studied.The result of experiments showed that when the foaming temperature was 880 ℃,the pores were uniform and the amount of connected pores was reduced; the pore diameters increased and more homogeneous for holding 10 minutes; adding 2% graphite foaming agent can obviously increase the porosity and the diameter,as well as improving the foaming properties; ball-milling for 2 h can mix the raw material well,and improve the pore structure.
