摘  要:通过拉伸试验研究了裂纹效应对45#钢薄板抗拉强度性能的影响。将预裂纹试样实验结果与完好试样实验结果进行对比分析得出:裂纹效应对45#钢薄板的抗拉强度有显著的影响。将预裂纹试样实验结果之间进行对比得出裂纹效应对45#钢抗拉性能的影响:边缘裂纹试样比中心裂纹试样影响小;中心裂纹试样中,斜裂纹试样比横裂纹试样影响小;边缘裂纹试样中,斜裂纹试样比横裂纹试样影响小。The impact of cracks effect on tensile strength properties of the 45# steel sheet was studied through tensile test.The experimental results of pre-cracked specimens and intact specimens were compared,and the results show that the crack effect had a significant impact on the tensile strength of 45# steel sheet.Comparison between the experimental results of pre-cracked specimens show the cracks effect impacted on tensile strength properties of the 45 # steel:edge cracked specimens were smaller than the center cracked specimens; in center cracked specimens,oblique cracked specimens were smaller than the transverse cracks sample; in edge cracked specimens,oblique crack specimen were smaller than cross-cracked specimens.
