百令胶囊及还原型谷胱甘肽对急性肾损伤患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊及还原型谷眺甘肽对急性肾损伤患者的影响。方法选取2009年6月至2013年6月医院确诊为急性肾损伤患者60例，随机分为对照组、百令胶囊组与谷胱甘肽组，分别在治疗前以及治疗15d后留取血液标本，检测尿素氮、肌酐、血清胱抑素的水平。结果3组患者治疗前各指标比较均无统计学差异；百令胶囊组及谷胱甘肽组治疗后尿素氮、肌酐、血清胱抑素水平均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；百令胶囊组及谷胱甘肽组治疗后两组患者尿素氮、肌酐、血清胱抑素水平均较对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后百令胶囊组各指标水平与谷胱甘肽组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论百令胶囊及还原型谷胱甘肽均能有效降低急性肾损伤患者尿素氮、肌酐、血清胱抑素水平，在一定程度上促进了肾脏功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the influence of Bailing Capsules and Reduced glutathione in treating Acute kidney injury Patients.Methods Totally 60 patients in our hospital were randomLy divided into 3 groups namely Bailing Capsules group＇Re- duced glutathione group＇and the Control group,testing the levels of BUN,Cr and Cys in patients before treatment and after treat- ment for fifteen days.Results After treatment for fifteen days,the levels of BUN.Cr and Cys in two treatment groups were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Both Bailing Capsules and Reduced glutathione can reduce the levels of BUN,Cr and Cys in Acute kidney injury Patients,and will be helpful to the kidney function recovery.
