快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择2010年2月至2012年11月在医院行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者86例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各43例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组同时将快速康复外科理念应用于临床护理中，对两组患者的护理情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在首次下床活动时间、Harris评分及平均住院天数方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；同时观察组患者在压疮、呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染、深静脉血栓等并发症的发生率方面明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论将快速康复外科理念贯彻于老年人工髋关节置换术后的护理中能促进患者预后，降低并发症的发生率，提高患者的生活质量，具有十分重要的临床意义。objective to study the analysis of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept application in the postoperative nursing care of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty.Methods in February 2010 - November 2012 in our hospital of 86 cases of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty,the 43 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group routine nursing,the observation group and will quickly recover concept in clinical nursing,surgical nursing condition of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results nursing results show that the observation group of patients for the first time in the next activity time,Harris score and the average hospitalization days is better than that in control group,significant difference （P 〈 0.05）;At the same time observation group of patients in pressure ulcers,respiratory infections,urinary tract infection,the incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis significantly lower than the control group,significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion the rapid rehabilita- tion surgery concept and implement of nursing in the elderly patients with hip arthroplasty can promote patients＂ prognosis,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient＇s quality of life,has very important clinical significance.
