摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于级联型增益透明SOA的码型转换系统,通过三个级联增益透明SOA的相位调制作用实现OOK-8PSK的码型转换,避免了交叉增益调制与四波混频效应。本文从理论上建立了OOK-8PSK码型转换系统,并对该系统进行数值仿真,讨论了信号光功率、辅助光功率对码型转换性能的影响,最后对产生的8PSK码型信号进行判决,精确解调出码型转换前的OOK信号,验证了系统的可行性。A format conversion system based on gain transparent SOA is proposed in this paper. OOK-8PSK format conversion is realized by utilizing three cascaded gain transparent SOA to modulate phase. Cross-gain modulation and four-wave mixing can be avoided because of the characteristics of gain transparent SOA. The OOK-8PSK format conversion system is analyzed theoretically and the numerical simulated. The effect of signal light power and assist light power on conversion performance is discussed,and the feasibility of this system is proved by demodulating OOK signal from 8PSK signal.
