论区域经济一体化中政府合作的执法协调

摘　　要：政府合作是回应区域经济一体化发展需要的明智选择。执法协调是政府合作的重要内容,具有存在的客观必要性。它在协调各方利益、明确执法主体权责、减少执法冲突、提高执法效能、促进执法标准统一等方面发挥着巨大作用。它主要以联合执法、行政协助、跨地区案件移送、执法信息通报、执法争议协调、区域执法联合评议等方式发挥效用,实现协调的目的。The governmental cooperation is a smart choice that strengthens the regional economic development. The Coordi- nation of the law enforcement should become a indispensable part of that cooperation,which may help stakeholders balance interests, delineate the rights and responsibilities for enforcement entities, reduce enforcement conflicts, improve enforce-ment efficiency and uphold homogeneous enforcement standards. The coordinations can be implemented through the cooper-ative joint enforcement, administrative support, case transfers across regions, information sharings on law enforcement, set-tlements of enforcement conflicts and joint assessments on regional law enforcement.
