摘 要:探讨溶剂型聚氨酯的浓度和模量对聚氨酯成膜微结构和物理性能的影响.结果表明,聚氨酯的浓度和聚氨酯模量对聚氨酯膜的微结构和物理性能影响较大:随着聚氨酯浓度的增加,成膜后膜的微结构趋于紧密,断裂强度和断裂延伸度增大,并不受模量的影响;随着聚氨酯模量的增大,成膜后膜的微结构趋于疏松,断裂强度和断裂延伸度下降.进一步分析了导致此结果的原因.The effects of both the concentration of the polyurethane (PU) solution and the modulus of PU on the microstructure and physical properties of the PU film were investigated. The results show that the microstructure and physical properties of PU film were appreciably affected by changing the concentration of PU solution and the modulus of PU: (l) With the increasing of the concentration of PU, the microstructure of the film became compact, the breaking strength and the breaking elongation increased, and the tendency had nothing with the modulus of PU, (2) With the increasing of the modulus of PU, the microstructure of film became loose, the breaking strength and the break-lug elongation decreased. The possible reasons were explained.
