应用型本科高校如何参与区域历史文化协同创新——以池州学院为分析向度

摘　　要：高校参与区域协同创新是其服务社会功能的需要,地方高校参与组建区域历史文化与旅游开发协同创新中心也是高校实现文化传承功能的需要。池州历史、旅游文化资源十分丰富,积淀深厚,富有特色,池州学院多年来坚持一贯的特色科研策略,广泛而深入地参与了区域历史文化和旅游文化的研究、规划与开发,因此,组建池州历史文化与旅游开发协同创新中心不仅是重要的、必要的,也是迫切的、可行的。该文还对协同创新中心组建的基本思路、发展目标、重点任务、社会成效、基本形式与构成、任务分工、研究计划和政策支持等问题进行了分析探讨,提出了一些建设构想与实践方案。That the university participates in regional collaborative innovation is its need of serving society; that the local university participates and establishes collaborative innovation center of history and culture and tourism development is its need of function of cultural inheritance.Chizhou is abundant with history and culture resources. Chizhou university adheres to the characteristic scientific research policy over the years, and extensively and deeply partipates research, planning and development of regional history and culture and tourism. Therefore, it is important, necessary, urgent and feasible to establish collaborative innovation center of Chizhou history and culture and tourism development. The paper makes a probe into the basic ideas, development goals, key tasks, social effect, fundamental form and constitutions, task allocation research plan and policy support, and proposes construction conception and practice plan.
