摘　　要：本文叙述了岳纸12万吨项目纸机流浆箱和成形器的选型，与外商技术交流的情况。表明浓度稀释和两边加大管径并加调控，注意调整定量的同时，注意纤维定向排列，这是主要和共同的趋势。各外商对内部结构的完善也做了改进。在成形器方面主要是辊、板结合，适应纸机高速的要求。本文对成形器脱水机理和保证纸张匀度等方面进行了探讨，目的是加深对国外新技术的理解，为合同谈判和正确选型做好技术准备。The paper relates pattern selection of head box and shaper in the 120 thousand ton light weight coated paper project of Yuezhi and the communication with foreign investors. It also exhibits that the common trend is that while diluting the concentration, widening and adjusting the pipe diameters at both sides and pay attention to the adjustment of quantifying, attention must given to the directional lining up. The foreign investors also made the improvement on the perfection of the internal construction. As far as the shaper is concerned, the problem is the connection of rollers and cleets so as to meet the high speed requirement of the paper machine. The paper expounds the principles of shaper hydro-extractor and the ensuring the evenness of paper with the aim of deepening the understanding of new technologies abroad and making technological preparation for the contract negotiation and proper shape selection.
