摘 要:在大田栽培条件下研究3种转phyA2基因玉米C63、C83-1-7和C84-1-14对土壤有机磷的利用能力及玉米磷素营养状况。初步结果表明,转phyA2基因玉米能有效利用土壤有机磷,与阴性对照相比,转phyA2基因玉米生长发育状况更好,磷素积累量更多,可获得更高的生物量和子粒产量,转基因玉米C63、C83-1-7和C84-1-14单株磷积累量分别是阴性对照的7.8倍、1.6倍和2.5倍,单株子粒产量分别是阴性对照的5.5倍、1.5倍和2.1倍。在大田栽培条件下转phyA2基因玉米生长状况好于阴性对照。Three phyA 2 transgenic maize varieties were grown in the field to investigate the ability to utilize soil organic phosphorus and phosphorus nutrition status of maize. The preliminary results showed that the transgenic maize C63, C83-1-7 and C84-1-14 utilized soil organic phosphorus effectively. Compared with negative control, the trans- genic maize growth condition was better, improved the accumulation of phosphorus, and kept a higher biomass and grain yield. The phosphorus accumulations of C63, C83-1-7 and C84-1-14 were 7.8 times, 1.6 times and 2.5 times than that of negative control. The grain yields were 5.5 times, 1.5 times and 2. l times than that of negative control. It proved that the growth of the phyA 2 transgenic maize was better than negative control in the field condition.
