摘  要:景洪-橄榄坝枢纽作为澜沧江国际通航河流的最后两级电站,其联合日调节运行方式对自身发电及下游航运具有重要影响。针对该发电、航运等多目标梯级运行问题,制定了景洪-橄榄坝联合运行的7个调度方案,并以景洪电站运行调度产生的日调节非恒定流为研究对象,建立平面二维非恒定流水力数学模型。该模型采用混合非结构网格(四边形和三角形)离散计算区域,采用Roe格式的近似Riemann解来计算通过界面处的法向通量。通过该模型模拟计算,在保证橄榄坝出境流量满足要求的前提条件下,合理协调景洪-橄榄坝两坝间通航与景洪调峰发电目标,最终得到景洪-橄榄坝联合运行具有实际应用价值的推荐方案。Jinghong-Ganlanba hydro-junctions are the last two plants of Lancang international navigable rivers,their daily joint operation mode has important effects on their own power generation and downstream of shipping.In order tosolve the multipurpose cascade operation problems,such as power generation,shipping and so on.This paper formulates seven joint scheduling schemes about the Jinghong-Ganlanba hydro-junction,and takes the unsteady flow of Jinghong operation scheduling generated daily regulation as the research object,establishes a two-dimensional mathematical model for the unsteady flow.The model adopts the hybrid unstructured grid (quadrilateral and triangular) to discrete areas,uses the approximate Riemann solution with Roe scheme to calculate the flux through the interface.Through simulation and calculation,reasonable coordination of the navigation and peaking power generation targets of Jinghong and Ganlanba,under the prerequisite of Ganlanba outbound flow requirements.Eventually a joint operation scheme with practical application value of Jinghong-Ganlanba hydro-junction has been recommended.
