摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同饲养水平条件下,杜寒杂交妊娠母羊对主要营养物质的消化代谢规律。利用随机区组设计将15只杜寒杂交妊娠母羊按体重分为3组,即自由采食组、80%限饲组、60%限饲组,每组5个重复,每个重复1只羊。分别在妊娠40、100和130d时进行消化代谢试验和气体代谢试验,测定各营养物质的消化代谢参数。结果表明:1)随饲养水平的升高,母羊干物质、有机物、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、氮表观消化率和总能消化率均降低,除60%限饲组妊娠100d时中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著高于自由采食组(P〈0.05)外,以上各指标在不同饲养水平下差异均不显著(P〉0.05);母羊营养物质消化量和粪排出量、妊娠100和130d的尿氮和尿能显著受饲养水平影响(P〈0.05),即与饲养水平变化基本一致。2)随着妊娠天数的增加,母羊各营养物质采食量降低,其表观消化率升高,妊娠130d,60%限饲组为负氮平衡;随着妊娠天数的增加,甲烷能占总能比例升高,妊娠40、100和130d分别为6.83%-7.13%、10.91%-11.15%、10.75%-12.53%;消化能代谢率在妊娠40d(87.10%-88.76%)显著高于妊娠100(75.48%-77.59%)和130d(76.3l%~79.03%)(P〈0.05)。综合得出,妊娠能够显著影响母羊营养物质的消化、氮消化与沉积、甲烷排放以及能量代谢。This experiment was conducted to investigate the regularity of digestion and metabolism of main nu- trients in Dorper x Thin-Tailed Han crossbred ewes during pregnancy under different feeding levels. Fifteen pregnant ewes were assigned into three groups according to body weight utilizing randomized block design, in which ewes were fed under conditions of ad libitum, 80% and 60% dietary restriction, with five replicates in each group and one ewe per replicate. Digestive and respiratory trials were performed at 40, 100 and 130 days of pregnancy, respectively, to determine digestive and metabolic parameters of main nutrients. The results showed as follows : 1 ) with the increase of feeding level, the apparent digestibility of dry matter ( DM), or- ganic matter ( OM), neutral detergent fiber ( NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and nitrogen and total energy digestibility of pregnant ewes was decreased, but the differences were not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ), except the apparent digestibility of NDF and ADF in 60% dietary restriction group was significantly higher than that in ad libitum group at 100 days of pregnancy ( P 〈 0.05 ). Nutrients digestion and fecal output, urinary nitrogen and urinary energy at 100 and 130 days of pregnancy were significantly affected by feeding level ( P 〈0.05 ), and the changing tendency was in accordance with feeding level. 2 ) With the increase of days of pregnancy, e- wes' nutrient intakes were reduced, the apparent digestibility was increased, and ewes in 60% dietary restric- tion group were in negative nitrogen balance; with the increase of days of pregnancy, methane energy propor- tion in gross energy was increased, which was 6.83% to 7. 13%, 10.91% to 11. 15% and 6.83% to 12.53% at 40, 100 and 130 days of pregnancy, respectively ; metabolic energy/digestive energy at 40 days of pregnancy (87.10% to 88.76% ) was significantly higher than that at 100 (75.48% to 77.59% ) and 130 days of pregnancy (76.31% to 79.03% ).
