摘 要:本试验旨在研究延胡索酸二钠对氨化稻草体外瘤胃发酵甲烷(CH4)及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)产量的影响。以2头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年西门塔尔牛作为瘤胃液供体,采用3×5双因素设计,以0(未处理)、4%、6%尿素氨化处理的稻草作为饲料样品,并在其中添加5个水平的延胡索酸二钠,即0、2%、4%、8%、12%。应用体外产气法发酵48 h后,测定总产气量及二氧化碳(CO2)、CH4、氢气和VFA产量。结果表明:延胡索酸二钠能够显著提高未处理和氨化稻草体外瘤胃发酵的总产气量和CO2产量(P<0.05),能够显著降低CH4/总产气量和CH4/总挥发性脂肪酸(P<0.05)。延胡索酸二钠能够显著降低未处理和氨化稻草的乙酸/丙酸(P<0.05),显著提高丙酸产量(P<0.05),显著降低乙酸和丁酸产量(P<0.05)。结果提示,延胡索酸二钠提高了未处理和氨化稻草体外发酵的总产气量,降低了乙酸/丙酸和CH4的相对产量,可用于未处理和氨化稻草瘤胃CH4减排。The objective of this trial was to study the effects of disodium fumarate on methane and volatile fatty acid (VFA) production of ammoniated rice straw after in vitro rumen fermentation. Two Simmental cattle fit- ted with permanent rumen fistulas were selected as donors of rumen fluid. A 3 × 5 two factors design was a- dopted. Rice straws treated with 0 (untreated), 4% and 6% urea were used as feed samples, respectively, and the samples were supplemented with five levels of disodium fumarate, i.e. 0, 2%, 4%, 8% and 12%, respectively. After fermented for 48 h by in vitro gas production method, the production of total gas, carbon dioxide, methane, hydrogen and VFA was determined. The results showed as follows: disodium fumarate could significantly increase the production of total gas and carbon dioxide (P 〈 0.05 ), but significantly de- creased methane/total gas production and methane/total volatile fatty acid (TVFA) of untreated and ammoni- ated rice straw ( P 〈 0.05). Disodium fumarate could significantly decease the production of acetate and buty- rate and acetate/propionate ( P 〈 0.05 ), but could significantly increase propionate production ( P 〈 0.05 ). It is concluded that disodium fumarate can increase the total gas production, but decrease the acetate/propionate and the relative methane production of untreated and ammoniated rice straw. Disodium fumarate can be used for rumen methane emission control.
