摘　　要：防砂耐磨抽油泵是在传统管式深井泵的基础上 ,对某些不太合理的结构和加工工艺进行了改进和优化。对某些部件的材质 ,采用了新材料 ,使之更加适应含砂原油的开采 ;并改进添加了某些功能部件 ,使泵的防砂耐磨性能有了很大提高。同常规深井泵比较 ,该泵具有较强的耐磨防砂、防卡性能 ;同常用的防砂卡泵比较 ,该泵具有结构简单、质量轻。A new model of sand control and wear resistance pump is developed based on conventional deep well pump through improving some not suitable construction and processing technology. In order to adapt recovering sand containing crude oil, new material and some new functional components are adopted. Compared with the conventional deep well pump, this pump is simple in structure, light and cheap.
