液压式双级箍的研制及应用

摘　　要：普通型双级箍多为重力塞开孔型 ,需要时只有从国外定购。液压式双级箍则采用液压开孔 ,一级碰压后 ,憋压即可开孔进行二级注水泥 ,扩大了双级箍的使用范围 ,比普通型双级箍更安全有效 ,操作简单。经室内试验和 3口水平井的现场实验 ,证明其结构合理 ,是能够满足现场需要的固井、完井工具 ,该工具的费用仅为国外同类产品的 30 %～ 40 %。目前 ,已研制开发了 139 7和 177 8液压双级箍。Hydraulic double-stage collar adopts hydraulic tapping,and can do recementing.It enlarge the useful scope of double-stage collar.It is safer, activer and operating simplier than common double-stage collar.Through laboratory test and field testing in 3 horizontal wells,the results show the structure of hydraulic double-stage collar is rational,it is a cementing and completion tool which can meet the field needs.Cost of the tool is only 30%～40% of akin produce abroad.At present,139 7 and 177.8 hydraulic double-stage collars have been developed
