会阴侧切皮内缝合术中华利康双线的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨华利康双线在会阴侧切皮内缝合术中的应用效果.方法选取356例会阴侧切皮内缝合术患者,随机分为两组,178例患者使用铬制肠线与丝线缝合为对照组,178例患者使用华利康双线缝合为观察组,比较两组患者手术指征、伤口疼痛、术后伤口愈合及并发症情况.结果观察组下床活动时间、术后住院时间均明显小于对照组;观察组伤口疼痛情况明显好于对照组;观察组术后伤口愈合良好率明显高于对照组,观察组切口硬结发生率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论华利康双线可明显缩短会阴侧切皮内缝合术患者的治疗时间,减轻患者疼痛,加速伤口愈合,具有更高的安全性,值得临床推广使用.Objective To investigate suture. Method 356 patients with the application effect of Hualikang undergone episiotomy intradermal double sutures in episiotomy intradermal suture were randomly divided into two groups. 178 Patients of them treated with chromic catgut suture were taken as control group and another 178 patients treated with Hualikang double sutures were taken as observation group. The operation indications,wound pain,postoperative wound healing, and postoperative complications of patients in two groups were compared. Results The bed staying time and postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were significantly less than those in control group, the wound pain in observation group was significantly improved compared with that in control group, the good rate of wound healing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the incidences of wound induration and complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The suture with Hualikang double sutures can shorten the treatment time of patients undergoing episiotomy intradermal suture, improve the pain, and promote wound healing, indicating that it has a higher security and worth of clinical use.
