摘 要:以长白山山地寒温针叶林带为研究对象,选取4种不同林型(典型云冷杉林、红松云冷杉林、亚高山型落叶松林、落叶松林)分析林内细根生物量与土壤养分及其相关性.结果表明:细根生物量随土壤深度的增加而减少,0—10cm土层细根生物量富集,亚高山型落叶松林〉红松云冷杉林〉典型云冷杉林〉落叶松林,10~20cm土层细根生物量为典型云冷杉林〉落叶松林〉亚高山型落叶松林〉红松云冷杉林;细根生物量与土壤养分的偏相关分析显示:0~10cm土层的细根生物量与土壤养分无显著相关性,10~20cm土层细根生物量能有效地改善土壤有机质及氮素营养水平,均表现为显著的正相关性,与土壤全P、全K无显著相关性.Taking four major vegetation types(Typical spruce-fir forest, Korean pine- spruce-fir forest, Subalpine Larch forest,Larch forest) of rigid-temperate zone coniferous forest in Changbai Mountains. Fine root biomass, soil nutrients and their correlation were analyzed. Results showed that fine root biomass decreased with increasing of soil depth. The fine root biomass was mainly distributed in 0 - 10 cm soil layer,with the rank of Subalpine Larix forest 〉 Korean pinespruce-fir forest 〉 Typical spruce-fir forest 〉 Larch forest. In 10 - 20 cm soil layer, the fine root biomass was typical spruce-fir forest 〉 Larch forest 〉 Subalpine Larix forest 〉 Korean pinespruce-fir forest. The data was assessed by correlation analysis on fine root biomass and soil nutrients, there was no significant correlation between fine root biomass and soil nutrients, fine root biomass in 10 - 20 cm soil layer can improve soil organic matter and total nitrogen, the correlation was markedly positive, and there is not obvious correlation of total P and K in the soil.
