我国地质公园建设相关问题研究——以河南湖北两省为例

摘　　要：我国地质公园发展迅速,但也存在诸多问题,以河南湖北两省为例,我国地质公园建设中存在的主要问题:缺少强有力的法律保障;宣传促销的力度不够;政府重视不够,资金匮乏;地质公园内部管理体制有待更新。启示及建议:(1)加快相应法律法规的颁布;(2)提高地质公园核心竞争力,繁荣地质旅游;(3)以政府为主导,注重地质公园公益性服务;(4)建立地质公园信息服务网;(5)完善地质公园解说系统;(6)完善地质公园内部控制。This paper mainly analyses the problems with regard to the construction of geo-park in Henan and Hubei provinces, for example, there is no strong legal guarantee mechanism. And the government＇s response to the situation and the publicity are insufficient and lack of funding. So the geological park internal management system needs to be updated. In response to this, this paper suggests that the corresponding laws and regulations need to be enacted as soon as possible. We must enhance the core competitiveness of geological park thus booming geological tourism, pay more attention to public service obligation, and build information service network. The interpretation system and internal control needs continuous improvement.
