摘 要:油气田的生产和经营主要落实到各种石油工程(钻井、开发、储运)方案上,这些方案普遍具有高技术、高投入、高风险的特点。在进行方案的评价和优选时,由于每个方案包含有各类技术经济指标,从不同的角度会得到不同的决策结果。传统的方案优选方法主观性和领导决策的成分较浓,80年代以来,随着模糊集合论、灰色理论和物元分析的引入,逐渐形成了一套对石油工程方案进行综合评价从而实现科学决策的方法。通过对综合评价方法的评价对象、评价模型和发展概况进行述评,总结出石油工程方案综合评价的一般流程,并对指标权重的科学决策进行了探讨。Oilfield operations and performance are mainly represented by petroleum projects such as drilling, development or storage & transportation activities, which are inherently high-tech, high-investment and high-risk. Various combinations and considerations of technical and economic indicators can result in different engineering program. This process used to be quite subjective until 1980s, when Fuzzy mathematics, Grey theory and element analysis were introduced and as a result, approaches towards scientific and comprehensive evaluation and screening of petroleum engineering programs have come into being. This paper gives a universal process for evaluation of petroleum engineering program based on analysis of objectives, models and history and looks more closely to the objectives-weighted decision-making process.
