清远市清新区农村高血压病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的掌握清远市清新区农村居民高血压流行病学特征,为降低农村居民的高血压危害,评估防治现状,完善防治对策提供理论依据。方法于2012年2—9月,通过采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,共抽取清新区206个村(居)委会,共4 020户,户籍人口10 581人,进行农村居民高血压流行病学调查。结果清新区35岁及以上农村居民高血压患病人数为2 337人,高血压患病率为21.41%(标化率),男女分别为23.98%(标化率)、18.70%(标化率),男性高于女性;从未测过血压的居民占39.56%(4 186/10 581),比例仍然比较高;高血压病相关知识的知晓率为47.87%(5 065/10 581);高血压患者单纯服药率为10.56%(247/2 337),控制率为26.51%(620/2 337)。结论清新区农村居民的高血压患病率较高,但高血压知晓率、控制措施和控制率仍不理想。[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in rural residents of Qingxin District of Qingyuan City, provide theoretical basis for reducing the damage caused by hypertension in rural residents, evaluating the current status of prevention and control, and improving countermeasures. [ Methods ] By using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method, 10 581 residents were collected from 4020 households of 206 village （neighborhood） committees in Qingxin District from February to September 2012. The epidemiological investigation of hypertension was performed. [ Results] Among rural residents over 35 years old in Qingxin District, a total of 2 337 people are suffering from hypertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension （ standardized rate ） was 21.41% （ standardized rate）, and the prevalence rate （ standardized rate ） of males （ 23.98% ） was high- er than that of females （ 18.70% ）. 39.56% （4 186/10 581 ） of residents have never measured their blood pressure level, which the proportion was still relatively high. The awareness rate of hypertension knowledge was 47.87% （ 5 065/10 581 ） , the simple medication rate of hypertension patients was 10. 56% （ 247/2 337 ）, and the control rate was 26. 51% （ 620/2 337 ）. [ Conclusion] The prevalence rate of hypertension in rural residents of Qingxin District is high. However, the awareness rate of hy- pertension knowledge, control measures and control rate are unsatisfactory.
