摘  要:目的探讨普拉提练习对普通高校弱体质学生身体健康的影响。方法以80名南京某高校弱体质在校大学生为试验对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各40人。试验组进行普拉提课程教学,对照组进行保健课程教学。对试验对象的身体形态、身体素质、生理指标以及心理健康用症状自评量表(SCL-90测量)等指标进行试验前后的比较分析。结果经过16周的教学试验,试验组在进行普拉提教学后,体重、体重指数、腰皮褶厚度、腰围、肺活量、肺活量体重指数、台阶试验等多项指标较试验前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组SCL-90测评中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁等因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论结果表明,普通高校弱体质学生长期进行普拉提练习可以更好地提高学生的身体健康水平,促进其身心全面发展。[ Objective ] To investigate the influence of Pilates exercises on health in college weak physical health students. [ Methods ] 80 college weak physical health students in Nanjing as experimental subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,40 cases in each group. Pilates teaching and health care teaching were given the experimental and control groups respectively. The body shape, physical qualities, physiological index and Symptom Checidist 901SCL-90 ) of the experimental sub- jects were comparatively analyzed before and after experiment. [ Results] After 16 weeks teaching experiment, the differences of weight, body mass index, waist skin fold thickness, waist circumference, vital capacity, FVC body mass index and step test before and after experiment were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). There were significant differences of SCL-90 in experimental group before and after experiment, including three factors : somatization, obsession and depression ( P 〈 0. O1 }. [ Conclusion] The results showed that taking long-term pilates exercises can better improve the physical health level of college weak physical health students and promote the all-round development of their physical and mental.
