摘　　要：目的 探讨闭合复位PFNA内固定对股骨粗隆间骨折的临床应用价值.方法 2009年11月~2013年5月共收治42例股骨粗隆间骨折患者行闭合复位PFNA内固定术,并追踪随访1年.结果 本组42例患者均复位满意,采用髋关节Harris评分对髋关节功能进行评估;记录患者对手术效果的满意度.其中满意23例,比较满意14例,一般4例,不满意1例,优良率达88%.结论 闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有良好的稳定性,骨折复位良好,髋关节功能恢复良好,是一种较好的选择.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of PFNA closed reduction and internal fixation for femoral intertrochantefic fracture. Methods Between November 2009 and May 2013 admitted to a total of 42 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in patients with closed reduction and fixation of PFNA, and track follow-up 1. Results 42 patients were reset the satisfaction of this group, the Harris hip score to evaluate the hip record patient satisfaction with surgical outcomes. Satisfied with 23 cases, satisfied with 14 cases, 4 cases, not content with 1, high rate of 88%. Conclusion PFNA closed reduction and internal fLxation for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with good stability, good fracture reduction, functional restoration of hip joint is good, is a good choice.
