摘　　要：对现有的换热网络超结构模型进行了回顾 ,分析并指出了它们的不足之处 ,进而提出了一种基于专家系统的换热网络超结构模型的方法。首先利用专家系统确定物流的分流及匹配禁止 ,然后在建立超结构数学模型时把由专家系统确定的匹配禁止作为约束条件 ,且只把由专家系统确定的有分流的物流进行分流 ,其余物流则不分流。The existing superstructure models of heat exchanger networks are reviewed and analyzed, their shortcomings are pointed out too A method based on expert system for establishing superstructure models of heat exchanger networks is proposed At the new method, the splitting and matching forbidden can be firstly decided by expert system.Then, during the establishing superstructure mathematical model, the matching forbidden decided by expert system can be made as restriction condition, and only those streams decided by expert system can be splitted, the others needn't The superstructure model is very suitable for larger scale heat exchanger networks synthesis
