摘 要:目的:探讨基于自我效能的心理健康教育对糖尿病患者生理心理康复效果的影响。方法:将60例糖尿病患者随机分为研究组32例和对照组28例,对照组按病房普通护理,给予常规性健康教育;研究组在此基础上给予基于自我效能的心理健康教育,干预时间为2周,分别在干预前和干预后采用糖尿病效能感量表(SESD)、健康状况量表(SF-12)对两组康复效果进行评价。结果:干预后,研究组SESD和SF-12评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:基于自我效能的心理健康教育,不仅能够促进糖尿病患者生理康复,而且亦能更好地促进心理康复,对患者身心康复具有积极的促进作用。Objective:To explore the impact of self - efficacy based mental health education on the physiological and psychological reha- bilitation efficacy in patients with diabetes. Methods :60 patients were randomly divided into the study group( n = 32) and the control group ( n = 28 ). The routine nursing care and conventional health education was given to the patients in the control group ; the self - efficacy based mental health education was provided for the patients in the study group on the basis of the routine one. The intervention lasted 2 weeks. The SESD and SF- 12 were used to evaluate the rehabilitation efficacy respectively before and after the intervention. Results:The score of SESD and SF - 12 were significantly higher in the study group than the control group after the intervention( P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion : The self - efficacy based mental health education can not only promote the physiological rehabilitation of diabetic patients, but also promote their psychological rehabilitation.
