摘　　要：报道了一种建立并经改进的现场检测乳汁孕酮诊断奶牛早孕和发情的酶免疫分析法，有准、早、易、安全等优点。 Improvement of a progesterone ELISA developed previously was made．The present method can be used in the field for detection of early pregnancy and estrus in diary cows and is effectivesimple and harmless to the animals．
