摘　　要：党的十八大报告对新形势下贯彻群众路线提出了新要求和做出了新部署。我们要深刻理解和认真把握群众路线的新内涵,清醒地分析和认识新形势下群众工作面临的新情况和新问题,不断地探索和创新新时期群众工作的新路子,提高新形势下做好群众工作的能力。The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist has presented new requirements about how to carry out mass line under the new situation. The new connotation of the mass line should be deeply understood and grasped, at the same time a sober analysis and understanding about the new problems and the new situation that the mass work faces must be acquired, through which we can explore and innovate the new ways of the mass work constantly and improve the ability to perform the mass work very well.
