摘　　要：目的分析3例临床使用注射用血栓通致过敏性药疹的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法依据患者的临床表现与用药关系,分析注射用血栓通引起不良反应的原因。结果与结论中药注射液成分复杂,临床应用时应密切关注患者的输液反应,输液后应该实行必要的留观,加强对特殊人群,尤其是老年患者的用药监测,并严格控制给药剂量与浓度,谨慎选择药物溶媒,确保临床用药安全。Objective To analyze 3 cases of the adverse reaction of allergic drug rash induced by Xueshuantong Injection and provide reference for rational clinical drug use. Methods The cause for Xueshuantong Injection leading to the adverse reaction was analyzed according to the relationship between patients＇ clinical manifestations and medication. Results and Conclusion As traditional Chinese medicine injection has complex components, patients should be closely monitored for their infusion reactions when clinically applied to such injection. After infusion, necessary observation should be performed to ensure the safety of clinical drug use. More attention should be paid to monitor the medication of special group, specially the senile patients, and strictly control drug dosage as well as cautiously select drug solvent.
