朴槿惠政府加快推进中韩FTA的经济动因分析

摘　　要：2012年中韩正式启动FTA谈判。朴槿惠就任韩国总统后公布了"新政府的新通商路线图",强调中韩FTA的重要性和紧迫性,在访华期间发表的《中韩面向未来联合声明》中,明确了"高水平、全面的"中韩FTA的目标取向。拉动韩国经济走出低增长;消除中韩贸易的制度性障碍,扩大对华进出口;加大对华投资,吸引外国人直接投资;促进经济发展模式转换,提高经济增长潜力;在亚太地区经济一体化过程中发挥核心轴的功能;应对日本FTA的攻势等是韩国加快推进中韩FTA的主要经济动因。中韩FTA对发展中韩经济以及推动东北亚、东亚经济一体化有着重要的意义。双方应相互尊重、互谅互让为早日缔结中韩FTA而努力。In the year of 2012,China and Republic of Korea officially started FTA negotiations.In order to stress the importance and urgency of Sino-Korea FTA,the newly elected president Park Geun-hye announced 'The New Government's Trading Roadmap'.During her recent visit to China,the 'Sino-Korea Joint Declaration for the Future' was delivered to specify the objective of 'high-level and comprehensive' Sino-Korea FTA.The main economic driving forces are to pull the economy of ROK out of low growth,to eliminate institutional barriers of Sino-Korea trade and expand export to China,to increase investment in China and attract foreign capitals,to promote economic development mode conversion and increase economic potentiality,to play a central axis function in the process of economic integration in Asia-Pacific region,to cope with Japan's FTA program,and etc.Sino-Korea FTA is of great importance to promote the development of Sino-Korea economy and economic integration of Northeast Asia.Therefore,China and ROK should make joint efforts on the basis of mutual respect and mutual understanding.
