摘  要:用动态扭振法对不同配比的 (环氧树脂 -聚酰胺 ) /聚 (丙烯酸正丁酯 -二乙烯苯 -苯乙烯 )互穿聚合物网络 (IPN)进行了 4个温度的等温固化实验。讨论了其最佳配方和最佳固化条件 ;求取了固化反应表观活化能 ΔEa,讨论了不同组分对固化反应 ,特别是对 ΔEa 的影响。用非平衡态热力学涨落理论对上述IPN的等温固化行为进行了预估 。Isothermal cure experiments of(epoxy polyamide)/poly(butyl acrylate divinylbenzene styrene) interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) were carried out by the dynamic torsional vibration method at four temperatures. The optimum composition and curing conditions were estimated. Apparent activation energy Δ E a of cure reaction was calculated and influences of different components on the cure reaction and Δ E a were discussed. A nonequilibrium thermodynamic fluctuation theroy has been applied to predict isothermal cure behavior of IPN. There was a good agreement between the theoretical curve and the experimental one.
