摘  要:红色活性染料是活性染料的三原色之一,它既可以单独使用,也可以与活性黑5及橙色染料复配,拼黑色应用于织物染色。以γ酸为染料中间体,通过缩合反应及重氮偶合反应,可合成两只含不同水溶性基团的双活性基红色活性染料;研究该染料在纯棉织物上的染色应用性能,以及结构与性能的关系。结果表明,合成的这两只双活性基染料具有良好的上染率和固色率,将其按1∶2比例拼混,可得到色光及提升力更好的红色拼混染料。Red reactive dye, as one of the three primary colors, has been widely used in cotton dyeing. It is usually applied to cotton dyeing alone or as an important component in combination black shade with Reactive Black 5 and orange reactive dyes. Taking Gamma acid as a dye intermediate, the bi-functional red reactive dyes with two different water soluble groups are syn- thesized by condensation reaction and diazo coupling reaction. The dyeing properties on cotton fabric and the relationship be- tween dye structure and performance are studied. The results show that the synthesized two reactive dyes have good exhaus- tion and fixation, and the mixed red dye with mixing ratio of 1 :2 can obtain better shade and building up properties.
