摘　　要：采用Astrazon系列阳离子染料对PorelTM针织面料进行染色,研究染液pH值、染色时间和染料用量等因素对上染率、K/S值和吸附量的影响。结果表明,优化的染色工艺条件为:染液pH值4,平衡吸附时间约为60 min;染色产品的K/S值不宜超过24,同时染料用量宜控制在2.0%之内;染色产品具有良好的耐洗色牢度和优异的耐摩擦色牢度。Cationic dyeing of Porel^TM knitted fabric is carried out with a series of Astrazon dyes. The effects of pH value, dyeing time and dye dosage on color yield, K/S value and dye adsorption are studied. The results show that the optimum dyeing process is pH value of dye bath of 4 and equilibrium adsorption time about 60 min. The K/S value of the dyeings and dye dos- age should be controlled below 24 and 2.0% respectively. The dyeings feature good washing fastness and excellent rubbing fastness.
