摘　　要：探讨耐碱型分散染料AK在不同pH值和双氧水用量的条件下的染色性能。试验结果表明，当pH值在4．5—11时，染料得色量K／S值变化不大，且色差AE值小于1，说明分散染料AK染色的pH值适应范围广，在碱性条件下也能获得鲜艳、纯正的色光，耐洗牢度和摩擦牢度指标比常规条件高0．5级；当双氧水用量在0～5g/L范围内，分散染料AK的K／S值与色差AE值变化不明显，耐氧漂性能强。将分散染料AK应用于涤／棉混纺织物煮漂染涤一浴法短流程工艺、涤纶纱线碱性条件下除油染色一浴法短流程工艺，可获得较好的染色效果。The dyeing properties of AK disperse dyes in different conditions of pH value and hydrogen peroxide dosage are stud- ied. When the pH value is from 4.5 to 11, there is a little change in the color yield and K/S value, and the color deviation AE is less than l, which illustrates that a broad range of pH value is suitable for dyeing with AK disperse dyes. Dyeings under alkaline conditions, feature bright color, soft and smooth handle, and improved color fastnesses to washing and rubbing by 0.5 grade than those under normal conditions. When the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 0 -.5 g/L, there is no obvious change in the K/ S value and the AE, which indicates that AK disperse dyes have good resistance to peroxide bleaching. Application of AK dis- perse dyes to one bath scouring-bleaching-dyeing-washing process of polyester-cotton blends and one bath deoiling-dyeing process of polyester yarn in alkaline condition can obtain excellent dyeing effects.
